Yoga is an ongoing conversation between your mind, body, & spirit.
-
Yoga asana is a vessel, a means to an end-less expanse of mindful connection to our inner selves and beyond.
-
Trust has to be built in any relationship, and the same goes for the one we have with ourselves. Mindful movement, done repeatedly, provides valuable insight into what’s happening within us that we can bring to the conversation (our yoga) each time.
-
Where you attention goes, mindfulness follows. The tools of yoga help put into focus our unique ways of experiencing the world. The more time you spend within yourself, the easier mindfulness becomes, the easier it is, the more space you have to grow.
Now to get the conversation started…

Hi, I’m Cameron - Head Homebodi and Yogi. My approach as a teacher, is to meet students where they are, challenge them to grow at a pace that feels comfortable, and encourage them to build a deeper connection with their mind and body. My hope is that you feel good when leaving your mat, no matter any challenges you may have faced while on it. Intentional movement, informed by the teachings of yoga, offers the chance to build a foundation of wellness support that you can carry with you through all of life’s ups and downs, and I’m excited to be part of that journey with you. As a proud Queer person, my yoga extends beyond the mat into my daily life, something I hope my students also strive for. Keeping ourselves “well” cannot just mean strengthening our bodies or increasing our flexibility, our souls need to connect, and our minds need rest. That self-care can become community care when our intention or “why” is bigger than ourselves.
When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, I enjoy tending to our yard, taking photos, and spending quality time with my Husband and our Russian Blue, Sarabi.
STUDENT TESTIMONIALS
“Cameron is the absolute best instructor I have ever had- and I am not being hyperbolic! I am returning to the practice after a very long break and in a very different body. Cameron has made every single one-on-one accessible by offering helpful instructions that allow me to move while meeting my body where it is at. Before starting with Cameron, I was slightly dreading getting back into yoga, but he has made the experience so joyful. I am so grateful to have found him and Homebodi!”
“Cameron is a talented and attentive teacher. His classes are grounding and peaceful, while allowing room for laughter and joy. I highly recommend him! He has a gentle, intentional, student-centered approach that leaves me feeling seen and encouraged to continue on my journey of self-care, and discovery of what I’m capable of.”
